PernaFrederick Arranges 19,693 SF Lease at Rodin Place to Move Biblical Theological Society to Center City

PHILADELPHIA, PA — PernaFrederick Commercial Real Estate has represented Rodin Market Partners, the owner of Rodin Place at 2000 Hamilton Street here, in the negotiation of a long-term lease that will relocate the Biblical Theological Seminary from Hatfield, PA., to approximately 19,963 square feet on the pedestrian level of the building.

Keith Kiner at PernaFrederick arranged the space contract as exclusive agent for the building owner while the brokerage team of Gene McHale and Colin McHale at Beacon Commercial Real Estate represented the Biblical Theological Seminary in the lease negotiations.

According to Kiner, the aggregate rental of the lease exceeds $6,000,000.

The Biblical Theological Seminary is presently located at 200 North Main Street in Hatfield and is scheduled to move to the Rodin Place on or about December 1 of this year, Kiner said.
