PernaFrederick Brokers Office Lease for 12,875 SF Having Aggregate Rental Exceeding $2.2 Million

PHILADELPHIA, PA — PernaFrederick Commercial Real Estate has represented RJMetrics in the negotiation of long-term lease for approximately 12,875 square feet of class A office space in The Widener Building at One South Penn Square here.

The space contract, having an aggregate rental exceeding $2.2 million, was brokered by Daniel Gummel, a vice president of PernaFrederick.

RJMetrics focuses on delivering insights that help growing organizations beat their competitors, and is moving to the 15th floor of The Widener Building. The company is presently located in some 3,700 square feet in the Philadelphia Building at 1315 Walnut Street and is scheduled to move to its new space on or about February 1.

According to Gummel, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank cooperated with PernaFrederick and represented Chestnut Street Realty, the owner of The Widener Building, in finalizing the terms of the lease.
