Joseph G. Viturello

Joseph G. Viturello, Vice President, joined PernaFrederick in 2007 as a broker, and brings over a decade of experience, skills and capabilities to the team. While the majority of his time is spent representing tenants on the negotiation of their lease transactions, Joe also represents several landlord listings. During his tenure in the industry, Joe has been responsible for $185 million of commercial real estate transactions.

Joe’s diligence, knowledge of the market, attention to detail and work ethic create value to each deal transaction. With experience as both a tenant representative and landlord agent, Joe collaborates well with all involved parties, to obtain the best deal terms for his clients.

Joe holds an undergraduate degree in marketing from Rowan University while playing on the nationally ranked football team. He continued his education at Rowan, to complete his MBA in the graduate program of the Rohrer College of Business. Joe lives in New Jersey and enjoys spending time with his son and daughter while coaching their baseball and flag football teams.
