PHILADELPHIA, PA — Acting as the sole agent, PernaFrederick Commercial Real Estate has negotiated a full floor lease of approximately 21,660 square feet of office space at 990 Spring Garden Street for Azavea.

Under it’s new ownership,this former industrial Building at 990 Spring Garden Street, originally designed by renowned architect Rankin and Kellogg, who also designed Philadelphia’s U.S. Post Office at 30^th and Market Street, is undergoing extensive renovations as creative loft style office spaces.

Located in the emerging Spring Arts district of Philadelphia’s Callowhill neighborhood, the building is the first to cater to Philadelphia’s thriving creative tech class, arts and culture, maker and crafts, and other innovative companies.  The newly designed modern common areas will help 990 Spring Garden be home to a mix of established organizations, start-ups, incubators , and entrepreneurs seeking to express their creativity with other like-minded individuals and groups.
